Job Description

We are an express cold delivery company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We provide businesses with delivery solutions for their perishable products that require cold storage and delivery such as chocolates, cakes, flowers, drugs, and more.?We are currently looking for a passionate sales account manager to mainly be involved in the following:

  • Actively search for new potential clients through site visits, cold calling, social media, and networking
  • Engage with potential clients to understand client needs, explain our services offering, and negotitate client deals
  • Finalize client deals and manage contracting and legal requirements
  • Onboard new clients on our software and lead integration efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of potential clients in companys CRM
  • Follow up with current client to get feedback, resolve issues, and improve relationship
  • Provide clients with analytics and reports to help them in growing their shipping business
  • Support operations team in improving our services based on market and clients feedback
  • Engage with management to identify new services and explore new target markets.
