A leading FMCG Company involving into sales & distribution of consumer goods in Saudi Arabia is looking for Sales and Marketing Director to be responsible for managing overall business and company operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration.Key Responsibilities:1. Provide leadership and direction in all functions of the Company.2. Formulate and execute companys strategic plan.3. Establish and lead execution of operation strategies.4. Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, delivery, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance.5. Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost and quality improvements in the business.6. Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels.7. Oversee and strengthen the financial growth and stability of the Company and Operations.8. Understand the risk associated with business including sales, operations, finance and people and able to devise and implement plans to mitigate the risk for smooth process.9. Timely update and present competitors? activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc. to the Top Management.10. Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to the Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.
