?Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.?Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.?Setting customer service standards.?Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.?Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.Complete all necessary requirements for ISO internal and external audits.Complete all necessary requirements for the plant civil defense, environment, and operational licenses.?Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards.?Writing management and technical reports and customers? charters.?Determining training needs.?Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.?Performing all QA/QC procedures for analytical tests.?Obtain laboratory certifications and complete QA/QC assignments.Update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory?s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents.?Perform internal audits of the Laboratory and operations, including both technical and quality systems audits.?Perform and document corrective action, including follow-up monitoring to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action. (HAZOP/JSA/PERMITS).?Follow all Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures.
