We are looking for a Supervisor for a clothing retail store in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities of this position include greeting customers as they enter the store, assisting them in selecting the right pieces, and providing a unique shopping experience that contributes to increased sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Additionally, maintaining store organization and cleanliness is essential.Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable styles, colors, and sizes according to their preferences is crucial.Effectively explaining the features of clothing items and methods of care to convince customers to make a purchase is part of the role.Assisting in organizing and coordinating clothing on shelves and display stands, ensuring the store remains clean and organized at all times.Monitoring the availability of sizes and styles in the store and bringing any discrepancies from the internal stock to attention.Interacting with the cash register system and point of sale (POS) to complete payment transactions and issue receipts accurately and securely.SkillsLeadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team.Gender: Female.Experience: Previous experience in retail sales (clothing or accessories) is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive, and polite interaction with customers.Fashion Awareness: Passion and interest in clothing and accessories, and coordinating colors.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with other team members under the supervision of the store manager.Reliability and Commitment: Full adherence to work schedules and responsibilities, with the ability to handle movement and standing during working hours.Basic Skills: Familiarity with operating electronic devices or accounting systems and quick learning ability.In relation to the supervisor, full oversight of daily store operations and ensuring readiness to welcome customers.Leading and guiding the sales team and distributing tasks to achieve sales targets.Managing and monitoring store inventory of styles, sizes, and colors, and coordinating with management or suppliers to request discrepancies.
