Objectives:?Our client, a construction company supplying building requirements with high quality construction chemicals, is looking for a Research and Development Manager to join their team in Dammam.??The main objective of this job is to Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.??Responsibilities:?Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.Understand customer expectations.Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.Manage the DIM (Product development Introduction and Maintenance) meeting.Manage the process of testing of Fire proofing product by third party.Support Director to hire and develop R&D personnel.Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.Document all phases of research and development.Manage customer relationships and perform, Customer Visits and Product Testing.Investigate new technologies.Creative & Innovative ideas to overcome the competition.
