ú Customer & order acquisition for rental solutionsú Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customersú Sell, renew and expand temporary cooling supply and installation projects and target customers to reach optimal sales and profit levelsú Approach major accounts in the market in order to utilize different company resources.ú Self-motivated, goal oriented, and focus management skills is a must.ú Prepare tender documents, RFQ replies, and quotation for customers.ú Work directly with Industrial sector, District cooling, General contractors, construction firm leaders, engineering consultants, real estate developers, building owners, and governmental entities.ú Focus on the local market in Dammam, KSAú Conducting technical presentations to end customer, deploying technical approach and new technologies using in implementing its rental solutions.ú Responsible for account relationships, sales/profitability, and direct negotiations as appropriate.ú Individual contributor, direct responsibility for approaching internal/external contacts reaching the desired objectives.ú Manage customers to drive service targets and margin results.ú Maintain the necessary financial understanding while reporting to business leaders and top management.ú Meeting target plans and business objectives on regular basis.ú Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.ú Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard contract templates when applicableú Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customerú Actively participate in team work for projects/jobs defined by Acquisition Leader
