Support all aspects of the end to end release process.
Validate release from vendors against agreed check list.??
Provides management reports on release progress.?
Support roll out planning including release package acceptance.?
Recording release during its life cycle in Release management DB.?
Track all changes, upgrades, releases or installations.
Ability to deploy and configure releases in multiple environments.
Implementing QA deployment standards and checklists across all environments (UAT, PROD...etc)
Support, Install, configure and administrate multiple?OS such as Linux, Windows server, AIX
Implement releases and administrate Oracle, exchange,?web servers such IIS, apache .
Works closely with Deployment team to plan implementation and track release schedule, with consideration to objectives and risks.
Ensure the Release Management System is updated accurately and the change requests relevant documentation is attached to meet audit requirements.
Ensure quality assurance on all documentation.
Support Release Management Life Cycle to a completion.
Ensuring that the Release Management processes are supported according to Standard Release Management procedure.?
Coordinate release documentation and communications, including training and customer, service management and technical release notes
