Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the hiring process within the electrical engineering sector. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for connecting with potential candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  2. Post job openings on various platforms and manage the application process.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
  6. Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  8. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
  10. Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  6. Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Experience in the electrical engineering industry is a plus.
  8. Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
