  • Examine account and system-related reports of the organization to make accurate assessments.

  • Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  • Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operation
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Working with a billing system generating invoices
  • Collecting payments
  • Posting receipts in a timely manner
  • Applying fair credit practices
