Job Description

A Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the required quality standards. They are responsible for establishing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality audits, and monitoring the overall quality of the organizations products and services. The Quality Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring that the companys reputation for quality is upheld.Responsibilities:

  1. Practical experience in cleaning and caring for clothes, hotel supplies, and furnishings, and methods for implementing them in accordance with the highest approved international standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
  3. Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
  4. Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues
  6. Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelor?s degree and certificates of experience in the field of administration (hospitals, hotels, or related)
  2. English and Arabic Language is required for candidates.
  3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a quality management role
  4. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Strong communication and leadership skills
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
