Responsible for all inspection of product quality being required in accordance to Quality Standards.In-charge of inspection the Incoming Raw materials testing and Finished goods inspection as per acceptance quality level.Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Objectives &Activities :a. Objectives Confirm if any issue was found on finished good product quality to the Production Department for immediateaction if there?s any lapses on their Quality Assurance side. Helps to clarify new ideas in order to resolve product non-conformances and issuance of corrective actions.b. Activities Carry out Raw Material Incoming Inspection & testing by conducting random sampling and QC tests on every rawmaterial received. Ensure the effective implementation of the In-process inspection of the locally manufactured products throughrandom sampling, testing and verification against to the AQL and/or international standards. Implement the final inspection and testing of the produced finished goods. Issue a QC Pass to the tested products which are conform to the AQL and/or international standards, post the QCapproved sticker accordingly on the approved FGs. Reject or send to quarantine area the Non-conform products to the AQL and/or the internal standards. Issue a Non-conformity report for any identified significant deviation to the AQL and/or standards while inspectingthe produced FGs in-process or the final stage. Submit the Non-conformance Report to the concern process owner and follow-up regularly in order to assure thewriting and implementation of the corrective action within the agreed deadline for closing the NCR. Monitor and properly Record the results of the tests conducted on the inspected materials (RM, Semi-FG or FG)for traceability and analysis purposes. These activities cover the hard copies of the records as well as the data onthe company ERP system. Ensure that all testing and measurement equipment used has been validly calibrated and maintained at optimumlevels of performance Involve in Pareto analysis for further study of product condition during processing, root cause of defects and
