1- Provide and share support, advice, ideas and knowledge acrossQA department.2- Interprets and implements quality assurance standards.3- Monitor the implementation of Arrow-Food Co. food safetypolicies and procedures.4- Follow up the corrective actions implementation in thebranches in reference to the initial QA Audit report.5- Implement the stores improvement plans at the branch level.6- Follow up the implementation and the efficacy of the pestcontrol programs at the branch level.7- Verify the food alerts messages and Customer complaints inregard to the quality.8- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the branch auditsfor each district/region.9- Food sampling for the laboratory testing.10- To assist the QA manager with records form revisions andprocedures.11- Helping to write quality assurance policies and procedures.12- Assists departments with the coordination of auditinformation, and recommends appropriate corrective action.13- Responsible for achieving a satisfactory working environmentbetween other departments performing quality-assurancestudies.14- Visiting the markets/customers to check our products quality.15- Checking the quality of the goods when receiving.16- Assist in development of plant SOPs.17- Follows and leads Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) andHAACP Programs & ISO.18- Follow up with the pest control company.19- Other duties may be assigned.
