To observe and implement Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and Procedures inside company premises as well as where applicable at customer and Suppliers / Services providers sites.
To comply with Legal and others (Govt. Authorities, customer requirements etc.)
Inspection of Gas and Steam Turbines and other components from various Rotating Machines / equipment in accordance to the relevant codes, standards, procedures, work instructions, specifications etc. and QMS requirements.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured Inspection Test Plans.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate inspection (Borescope Inspection, NDT Inspection / monitoring etc.) and testing activities
Compiling and maintaining proper record keeping of inspection relevant documents and records.
Adopting Risk Based Thinking in developing inspection procedures / processes, forms and check sheets as required.
Give support to supervisors with regards to accomplishing tasks while referring uncommon personnel or technical issues to QHSE Manager.
Ensure proper security and maintenance of the Tools & Equipment utilized in QC inspections.
Monitoring measurement instruments and its calibration
Immediate reporting to supervisor and person in-charge for any non-conformance, shortfall in process or documentation to the requirements.
