Job Description

QA/QC Goods in / out Co-ordinator will be responsible for the inspection, recertification of repaired equipment, goods in /out quality checks for the facility and co-ordination of calibrated equipment.?

  1. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
  2. Inspection process of valves / spares at the?Goods-in Inspection area against the PO requirements.
  3. Compilation of QA card testing details from?information received from the client job file review and client data sheets.
  4. Compile overhaul reports and test certificates for all types of Valves.
  5. Ensuring customer specific requirements are met during final inspection.
  6. Knowledge of material specifications for valve constructions.
  7. Carry out final inspection checklists and palletisation of valves.
  8. Co-ordination and records upkeep of all equipment that requires periodic recertification.
  9. Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
