Job Description

We are currently seeking a Projects & Maintenance Assistant Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the private sector.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of various projects and maintenance activities.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Supervise and provide guidance to maintenance staff.
  4. Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
  5. Monitor and analyze project and maintenance costs to ensure budget compliance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards.
