Job Description

  1. Monitor and supervise the procurement daily operational activities.
  2. Responsible to follow supplier selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation procedure.
  3. Develop the market feasibility of local suppliers as well as international.
  4. Ensure the effective implementation of procurement policy and procedures.
  5. Negotiate with vendors for best quality, price, delivery & payment terms.
  6. Approve the selected quotation.
  7. Visit the suppliers to evaluate the material quality as well as finalize the deal.
  8. Measure and evaluate the performance and KPI for his team.
  9. Ensure supplier database updated time to time.
  10. Prepare weekly / monthly performance report.
  11. Prepare RFQs and price comparison as requested.
  12. Supervise procurement officers as requested.
  13. Create and update project procurement tracking sheet.
  14. Prepare draft contracts for subcontractors.
