Civil Engineering (Infrastructure & Roads)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with 15?20 years of proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience working on Saudi Aramco-approved projects and possess a strong track record in project planning, execution, quality control, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.Key Responsibilities? Lead and manage infrastructure and road construction projects from initiation to completion.? Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, procedures, and HSE requirements.? Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.? Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.? Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.? Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.? Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.? Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.? Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.Qualifications? Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering? Saudi Aramco Project Management experience is mandatory.Experience Requirements? Minimum 15?20 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.? At least 10 years in a Project Manager role overseeing major infrastructure and road projects.? Proven experience managing Saudi Aramco projects.
