Production & Plant Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities of a plant.Drive best practices and share in the responsibility for developing, evaluating and improving the key performance indicators for all plant operations to include Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Profitability.Develop and lead supervisors in their leadership journey as well as achieving plant and company objectives.
