? Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery date.? Plan and schedule process workflow according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times? Reschedule identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine setups.? Analyse and calculate capacity data performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements? Generate production documentation such as control sheet, capacity control sheets, process workflow maps, work instructions, process documentation and monitor implementation to improve processes and production operations.? Identify opportunities and implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
