? Coordinates with all concerned on a continuous basis in order to implement process improvement plan and targets.? Assists with the research of internal and external best practices and with recommendations for process improvements.? Communicates the status of the initiatives and associated projects or teams to appropriate levels in the organization.? Acts as representative for measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement throughout the Organization.? Works with employees at all levels of the Organization, as well as across all departments on functional objectives and assessing the current processes performed within and among functional areas, which support these objectives. ? Reviews forms and reports and confer with management users about format, distribution & purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.? Prepares manuals and trains workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures, according to organizational policy. ? Develops constructive & cooperative working relationships with others.? Identifies the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.? Evaluates information to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations & standards.? Analyses information & evaluates results to choose the best solutions and solve problems.? Conducts all type of audits assigned by department head.? Assists the HACCP team leader to ensure that the safety management system is established, implemented, maintained & updated.? Organizes HACCP Meetings to analyze unhygienic acts and improvement and follow-up the execution of the action plan.? Updates the HACCP plan, in coordination with the concerned parties, upon any change that occur.? Conducts GMP audits to assess the compliance against the implementation of the Prerequisite programs.? Conducts Floor rounds / SWAB test on employees and FG?s to ensure that the compliance with the Hygiene policy and the BRC requirements.? Assists in implementing & maintaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System.? Participates in value stream mapping projects.? Proposes visual management initiatives.? Proposes changes to existing processes and workflows.
