Job Description

  • Perform planning, scheduling and reporting functions in line with project requirements;
  • Organise themselves to meet specific work deadlines;
  • Interact with project team in planning-related matters;
  • Support the implementation of company planning procedures;
  • Provide planning support for delay analysis and risk management processes
Competencies:
  • Good understanding of general construction;
  • Basic understanding of some specific construction techniques;
  • Able to develop a WBS for a small/ medium project with support;
  • Basic understanding of Earned Value Management;
  • Review/ analysis of contract documents & identification of key deliverables;
  • Preparation of resource & cost-loaded baseline programmes for small projects with support;
  • Preparation of progress reports & updating project controls dashboards for small projects;
  • Preparation of recovery/ target programmes with support;
  • Highly proficient in the use MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
Qualifications
  • You have at least a Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/ Marine Construction;
  • Post-graduate qualifications relating to planning are a plus;
  • Has minimum 5 years of work experience in Civil and Marine works in the field of planning
  • You have a very good knowledge with Ms Office package.
  • Good in English Communication
  • You are ready to travel abroad
