1. Run MRP in SAP system and plan the direct materials according to the requirements2. Raise purchase requisition for direct materials, according to the requirements generated by MRP plan3. Maintain/update the master data of all direct materials in SAP system, in order to ensure a correct generation of direct materials plan4. Preventive follow up with the supplier, to ensure that all materials will reach the factory on time and in full and ensure that all mandatory documents for clearance purpose are on hands prior the arrival of the container/truck in the port/airport5. Check, analyze, evaluate the warehouse capacity and space usage, to avoid lack of space in direct materials warehouse6. Follow the controlling norms in terms of inventory level of direct materials7. Attend the inventory meeting to discuss solutions for inventory variations8. Monitor the inventory variation in a daily basis and suggest improvements to avoid impacts in MRP requests and stock discrepancies9. Coordinate the deliveries of products in the factory along logistics, quality assurance, planning and production team10. Manage the aging of the materials, prioritizing the FEFO, providing action plan for those materials that can expire before consumption11. Inform all the stake holders when we receive/start the usage of different version of direct materials (mainly for packaging)12. Generate the goods in transit report every month13. Generate the OTIF and inventory control reports monthly14. Follow up QA on release status for material which have been under analysis for more than turnaround time15. Inform all the stake holders about the version of the Bill of Materials to be used for production16. Analyze the minimum order quantity, evaluating the impact in the level of inventory and cost of the products17. Create PR (purchase order) in SAP Ariba system for cylinders for new packaging material18. Book the invoices in SAP related to the purchase of cylinders for packaging material19. Analyze/define/update the safety stock for all direct materials20. Support MRP analyst in case is necessary (vacation, absences, etc)21. Responsible to follow the HSE (health, safe and environment) rules22. Adhere to BRF Food safety policy and practices
