Job Description

As a Permit Receiver in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety and permit regulations on the job site. You will work closely with the project management team to coordinate and manage all permit requests and approvals. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Review and understand all project plans, specifications, and relevant documentation.
  2. Coordinate with the project management team to identify and submit permit requests in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained and displayed on the job site.
  4. Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and permit conditions.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential safety hazards or violations.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits, inspections, and violations.
  7. Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure their compliance with permit requirements.
  8. Provide support and guidance to the project team regarding permit-related matters.
  9. Participate in safety meetings and trainings to stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices.
  10. Report any safety violations or incidents to the appropriate authorities and assist in the investigation process.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a Permit Receiver in Aramco or similar role in the construction industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations, permit requirements, and industry best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
  4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  6. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing job site conditions and requirements.
  8. Valid drivers license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.
  9. Proficiency in computer applications and software related to permit tracking and documentation.
  10. To have a previous experience in Aramco
