Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Performance Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the performance of our company, products, and services. The Performance Analyst will work closely with various departments to develop key performance indicators, monitor trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data related to business performance, including revenue, costs, customer satisfaction, and market trends
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement
