Job Description

  • Review and verify suppliers? invoices.
  • Enter and upload invoices into system.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers/Telex Transfer & Cheques and release payment after authorization sign.
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
  • Reconcile account payable transactions.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts.
  • Monitor supplier?s aging to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Supplier Creation, new vendor.
