Job Description

A Pastry Chain of Shops located in Saudi Arabia is looking for a a guru in pastry who understands the ins and outs of bakery to fill a Pastry Chef job vacancy.Duties of the Pastry Chef include:

  • Manage day to day operations of central kitchen.
  • Improve current recipes
  • Create new pastry items according to company criteria
  • Develop and implement schedules (e.g. production, cleaning, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Determine quality control standards
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
  • Oversee production processes
  • Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Supervise the work of staff
  • Organize relevant training sessions
