Job Description

  • Follow up with the drivers and operation supervisors for the proof of deliveries.
  • Monitor the transit time for each shipment.
  • Update the accounts managers for the required proof of deliveries.
  • Update the operation report with the required information about the transit time, loading time, offloading time, and any other required information.
  • Report to the operation supervisor for the delayed deliveries and update the operation manager with the expected time of delivery.
  • Monitor the tracking system and report the idle trucks.
