Job Description

Delivery ManagerKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Manager is responsible for the operations of entire delivery hubs- phone & online for Hungry BunnyTM stores. Responsible for ensuring that all of the food and drinks are delivered to our customers of the highest quality. A few of the main duties of an Delivery Manager are managing and monitoring all online aggregators; daily delivery operations, handling customer concerns and complaints , manage promotions, leading delivery entire team, creating company policies for delivery department , and complying with food and safety regulations. Addition to that, prepare analytical sales performance reports on delivery and online aggregator?s performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and leading the Delivery team including the online delivery aggregators
  • Responsible for Hungry BunnyTM App & online aggregators from A to Z
  • Develop a relationship with regular customers by interacting with them through HB App and responding to their inquiries and complaints
  • Follow food and safety regulations & guidelines for the delivery department and regularly update the team
  • Coordinates ?and Cooperates with other online aggregators
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports versus targets and sales performance analysis on all delivery departments including an online segment
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the delivery service
  • Creates and maintains a database for delivery customers
  • Coordinates with marketing department for special deals and promotions and updated them in all online applications
  • Create online delivery policies
  • Ensures all delivery minimums are in place
  • Conducts monthly meetings with delivery team and drivers
  • Conducts routine inspections, to see that all delivery policies are in place
  • Maximizes company-owned delivery applications including HB App.
  • Monitors and improves HB App constantly
  • Provides incentive programs for the delivery team
  • Improves efficiency and productivity of the delivery team
