OVERALL PURPOSEManage the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of NRW program,while remaining aligned with cluster strategy, commitments and goals.Managerial Responsibilities? Provide day-to-day management and supervision to section heads and direct reports andsupport them in achieving their operational objectives. Supports in monitoring KPIs relevant tothe area to control the performance against objectives and targets.? Ensures the policies and procedures are created, implemented and aligned to the corporatepolicies? Prioritizes and supports in allocating budgets and resources? Actively manage talent management programs in own department to maximize employeeperformance and development.? Functional Responsibilities? Contribute to setting the department?s operational plans and ensure the cascading of such tothe to employees? individual objectives.? Supervise implementation and contribute to continuous improvement of the department?spolicies, procedures and processes in line with best practices and cluster strategy.? Provide input for the department?s budgeting process and manage the budget in owndepartment.? Manage the development of program plans, key objectives, milestones and targets of NRWprogram.? Supervise analyses and the development of necessary material and to participate in theselection and/or the planning of the smart solution.? Oversee the budget analyses, timeline tracking and deliverable control activities to ensure theadherence to NRW program plan, identify risks in the program and lead the solutiondevelopment.? Manage the resources required for program delivery, monitor the performance of all resourcesand take corrective/ preventive actions when necessary.? Review the reports, analyses and outcomes during the NRW program lifecycle and ensure thatproper documentation is in place.
