The objectives for This Role:

Maintain essential IT network operations, such as servers, apps, network security tools, and network devices.
Assist in coordinating important tasks, projects, and responses for a bigger organizations initiative.
Foster dependable network security and infrastructure that is constantly operational.
Maintain and keep track of network resources and associated licensing.
Manage and maintain the VoIP system.

ÿMonthly & daily duties:

Perform network administration tasks, including port configuration ACLS, security patch updates and device administration.
Monitor facility network health using pre-existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new network devices as needed.
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups and preventive maintenance.
Maintain and support passive network components including all kind of wiring, labelling and cable termination.
Any additional task assigned by IT team leader related to networks and security.
