Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced MEP Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in line with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP materials and subcontract packagesManage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and awardIdentify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractorsReview technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate procurementCoordinate with engineering, commercial, and project teams to align procurement plans with project timelinesLead price negotiations to achieve cost savings and best valueMonitor market trends and pricing to support budgeting and cost controlEnsure compliance with company policies, contracts, and project requirementsManage procurement risks and resolve any supply chain issuesPrepare procurement reports and track KPIs (cost, delivery, supplier performance)Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or relevant field8?12 years of experience in procurement within construction companies, with strong MEP exposureProven experience in handling large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and suppliersExcellent negotiation and contract management skillsFamiliarity with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus)Strong analytical and communication skillsPreferred:Previous experience in KSA or GCC market is a plusStrong network of MEP suppliers and subcontractorsSkillsSkills:Strategic sourcing & vendor managementCost control & budgetingContract negotiationStakeholder managementProblem-solving & decision-making
