Manages project Mechanical spending to ensure we meet budget and schedule withoutsacrificing Quality.? Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical-relatedworks at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.? Strong knowledge in Mechanical, Pumps (Horizontal Split case, Submersible, Sewage&Potable Pumps) installation& testing commissioning.? Good knowledge in Mechanical systems, fire Fighting supervision installation.? Strong knowledge in Valves, Fittings Selection, installation& testing commissioning.? Should be expert to check and confirm tender, material submission, shop drawing andfollowing up projects progress on sites.? Preparing bill of quantities and drawing finalization for the scope of works.? Evaluate and confirm IR, RFI, snagging and de-snagging during project execution andhanding over.? Budget preparation and assisting feasibility studies along with commercial departments.? Preparing of project progress reports and liaising with the operation team for the shopopening.
