Job Description

Technical activities related to Mechanical Design, Engineering & Tests of PCR (Metallic Pre-fabricated Power Control Room / Substation / E-house) by using various software including but not limited to the following:

  1. To yield a Safe, Quality & Cost effective design / Product in a timely manner as per Clients requirements.
  2. To Study and comply with required Standards & Specifications, etc.
  3. To perform & prepare Enclosure & Structural Design, Sizing, Calculation, Analysis & relevant Drawings/Documents.
  4. To perform & prepare design, sizing, and calculations of HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems & relevant Drawings/Documents.
  5. To prepare Electrical Equipment Drawings (General Arrangement, Section / Foundation / Fabrication, etc)
  6. To prepare Bill of Material, Documents, 2D/3D models & drawings,
  7. To select & evaluate related Material & Components, e.g. Steel Metal Sheet & Member / I-Beam, Sie Walls & Roof, Doors & Accessories, Conduit/Pipe, Seal/Gasket, Fastening Hardware, HVAC & Fire Alarm Systems, etc.
  8. To provide Technical Support and Product Cost Sheets to Sales Engineer.
  9. To perform Design & Development of other Products (& Drawings/Documents) as deemed necessary by the company
  10. To be well knowledgeable of related Electrical Equipment in a typical HV/MV Substation.
