Job Description

  • Review and make recommendation for approval of all submitted materials by the suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance of submitted materials with the projects specifications.
  • Prepare technical and financial evaluation of offers submitted by suppliers.
  • Prepare budgets and proposals, write reports and analyze costs and ensure all activities remain within budget.
  • Prepare Materials submittals and compliance reports with Projects specifications.
  • Follow-up Materials submittals process until obtaining approval from the Consultant.
  • Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.
  • Ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval.
  • Suggest alternatives complying with specified materials to reduce the cost after value engineering
