Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing budgets, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
  3. Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  4. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing collaterals, including digital and print materials, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and growth.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and success.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and strategies.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
  5. Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape.
  6. Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
  7. Experience with market research and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  8. Proficient in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
