Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the heavy equipment rental market, with a particular focus on the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including key players and industry dynamics, and will be responsible for driving growth by expanding our client base and market presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the oil & gas sector and other related industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company?s client base.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially within the oil & gas sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in targeted industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company?s growth objectives.
  • Sales & Marketing Initiatives:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company?s services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions and sales presentations.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and explore potential partnerships and alliances to support business growth.
  • Drive the company?s entry into new markets, focusing on sectors such as oil & gas, construction, and industrial services.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer retention and increase market share.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development efforts.
