Job Description

Achieve and add value from his workplace and his responsibility (adding value to the coat hislevel of work), by performing and playing (PLOC) the roles of planning, leadership and directionfor the team, organizing resources under his management (under his responsibility), andmonitoring and controlling performance and achievement, in order to achieve the visions Andaspirations and conforms to the values and principles of the company and according to theinternal systems and regulations approved in the company.

  • Ensure the preparation and operation of a strategic plan for the PVC & CPVC plastic plant, based on the production capacity of the factory, in partnership with the directors of production, operations, maintenance, procurement and influential departments.
  • Strategies for controlling and rationalizing costs in a factory, whether direct through the procurement plan for raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, consumables and services, and searching for alternative sources or alternatives that do not compromise quality, or indirect through controlling and rationalizing the items of administrative and general costs.
  • Effective planning in coordination with the factory management that accommodates the needs and sales requests and balances between the employment of production capacity, and establish a mechanism for coordination and joint and permanent re-planning to address any deviations and accommodate them in production plans
  • The provision of items without interruption and without unjustified increase and dumping of stocks above the safety level ceiling
  • Raise the quality of products to obtain government approvals to supply factory products and reduce the percentage of returned materials that are recycled
  • Vertical growth: through work expanding into new industrial areas or by increasing the number of items as new categories or feasibility-studied sub-varieties (vertical growth), and the participation of factory management in adding new selling items to help create new sales opportunities to increase the companies market share.
  • Development of working methods and procedures, operational manuals, and deliberate development of equipment and devices.
  • Organizational and administrative development of the industrial sector that includes:
  1. Policies and procedures, whether related to the manufacturing process, or the groups policies and regulations, for the development and application of the employees of the factory under its management.
  2. Available technical programs and ensuring the commitment of factory workers to apply them and participate in their development as users, in a manner that serves to provide complete data for operations management and for reporting in each plant and department.
  3. Developing the human cadre of companies, managing its performance and raising its productivity, by building a second and alternative row for each job, distributing goals to the factory employees and following up on their achievement compared to goals and costs
  4. Ensure the achievement and implementation of the planned and agreed-upon goals, whether quantitative or qualitative, effectively (the most important is ahead of the important) and efficiently (time, effort, and cost), by following up on the implementation of production plans and updating them and the subsequent maintenance plans, purchases, etc.
  • Ensure coordination, follow-up, and prepare reports that explain the financial and operational performance of the plant separately every month, which includes the following:
  1. Accurate analysis of a production plan compared to the production plan and the impact on revenues for each factory, compared to the objectives and compared to production capacity (total revenue - by category - by the requesting section, etc.), with an analysis of the aspects of deviation compared to the production capacity or planned and the causes and corrective actions.
  2. Accurate analysis of the profitability indicators of each plant, with an analysis of the direct and indirect influencing factors, aspects of deviation, causes and corrective actions.
  3. Ensuring the provision of appropriate support and cooperation to all employees under his management by delegating the organizational powers that contribute to the creation of leadership capabilities and a second description in accordance with the companys regulations in a manner that preserves the administrative and organizational structure of each company, through the material and moral stimulation based on the groups reward system, and ensuring the provision of support and all facilities to the audit department And auditing and account management to complete their work in the process of controlling the companys assets and accounts.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all assets under his management, either directly through his direct or random auditing, or indirectly through his subordinates according to the supervision and control matrix of the approved assets of the company, which includes without limitation the following:
  1. Inventory: By following the availability of items and maintaining the ideal stock level and random and periodic inventories.
  2. Expenditures: through spending within a detailed estimated budget, controlling spending outside the budget, and working to rationalize spending and spending items through alternatives, including the item of payments / expenses in advance.
  3. Covenant and cash: within the scope of its management, whether permanent or temporary, controlling and liquidating them, and working to reduce the circulation of cash.
  4. Fixed assets, including equipment, space, devices, or fixed real estate assets belonging to the factories and their facilities, through controlling their management and maintenance and monitoring the efficiency of their use.
  5. Purchases: Because of their impact on working capital as stocks and liabilities, and their impact on revenues in terms of providing suitable items, and the impact on profitability in terms of the quality of the cost of procurement, through controlling and monitoring compliance with procurement policies, constant search for sources and the search for technical alternatives that do not compromise quality.
  • Ensure the personal commitment of the employees under his management to all the regulations, policies and procedures established and approved by the groups senior management.
  • Ensure the preservation of the companys reputation from its workplace, whether with external authorities or with the companys employees.
  • Performing any tasks or responsibilities assigned to him by his direct manager or higher management.
