Maintain repair history of the equipment / appliances.
Carry out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and maintenance of equipment / appliances and facilities.
Carry out diverse heating and refrigeration related tasks.
Carry out maintenance of all types of motors with AC and DC motors repairs, connections, overhauling and preventive maintenance.
Able to read electrical diagrams and drawings.
Able to use electrical measurement tools.
Carry out ˙sensors, flowmeter and transmitters checks, trouble shootings and new installation.
Carry out cranes electrical˙sensors, malfunction checks, repairs of all limit switches, anti-collision system, sensors and electrical preventive maintenance.
Able to do facility repairs such as light replacements, new installation, wire pulling, electrical extensions repairs, electrical checks of any ungrounded lines, heater trouble shootings and repairs.
Electrical panels are troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Carry out repairs of all air conditioning and cooling systems such as central A/C and chillers.
Able to do compressor electrical troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
Issuance of Purchase Requests (PR) for Maintenance / Repair relevant material and their receipt.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Carry out metal and welding; perform diagnosis and repairs on electronic ignition systems for furnaces and heaters, as well as for hot water heaters.
Work with diverse machines and equipment, such as hand and power tools, and drill presses saws in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure the maintenance of equipment and tools in a clean, secure, and appropriate working condition.
Track the key reason for malfunctioning of the equipment, analyse the fact and provide the easiest rectification method.
Perform and coordinate all the service related to buildings, shops, firefighting pumps/system, FA system, water pumps, electrical panels and other services that performed by contractor and sub-contractor.
Following up on daily tasks / Turn Around Maintenance (TAM). As per the objectives mentioned by QHSE manager
Carry out monthly/weekly inspections for buildings, shops, FF system, FA system and lighting˙to ensure the facility preventive maintenance.
To carry out monthly inspections and services for all ACs in the buildings and shops to ensure that gas refrigerant, fans, and filters are in good condition.
Perform monthly services for all ACs in the facility (Cleaning filters and washing inside/outside units).
