?????????Accountable for machine performance, rentability & required overall equipment efficiency. ?????????Responsible to write the required report and logbook and checklist report for the assigned area. ?????????Prepare reservation for the required raw materials required for the shift.?????????Activate SAP manufacturing module by inserting production data whenever required.?????????Ensures quality control requirements are understood and met by reviewing all special instructions and requirements.?????????Monitor the chemical flow & pulp furnish mix to maintain the machine rentability, stability & target consumption .?????????Resolves production problems by taking necessary trouble shooting action until the problem is resolved. ?????????Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place, follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.?????????Follow the production schedule and production orders with sales order & communicate with rewinder, wrapping operators.?????????Perform initial trouble shooting for the machine whenever needed.?????????Execute activities related to his function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
