??????? Read, studies and interprets job specifications, WPS, work order and welding procedures to determine work to be done.??????? Perform pre-work inspection of robot welder and complete any maintenance needed to run welder safely??????? Verify materials are appropriate to complete welding process as per the specifications, drawings and work order.??????? Mount and position workpiece on locating pins of holding fixture adjacent to robot, manually or using hoist, and aligns and secures workpiece on holding fixture, using template, bolts, hand tools, and power tools.??????? Perform secondary functions (i.e. welding, grinding) to correct part(s) that does not conform to standards.??????? Allocating stock in and out of Robot weld area??????? Document actions by completing production and quality logs also report production issue(s) if any.??????? Examine finished products to quality requirements and propose potential quality or productivity enhancements for the purpose of continual improvement.??????? Assist and Support the Quality Assurance function with respect to Quality assurance evaluation of finished products.??????? Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repair.??????? Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.??????? Contribute and play a role in housekeeping and cleanliness of all work areas to ensure that the workplace is clean, safe, well organized and pleasant for work??????? Use required personal?protective?equipment?(such?as?steel?toe?shoes,?ear?and?eye?protection).??????? Follow all safety rules and quality standards especially ISO, NEBOSH/ OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by higher management
