Job Description

We are an express cold delivery company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We provide businesses with delivery solutions for their perishable products that require cold storage and delivery such as chocolates, cakes, flowers, drugs, and more.?We are currently looking for a strong logistics coordinator to manage end to end clients?packages movements from pick up until delivery, including the following:

  • Coordinating with customers on picking up their shipments to their end customers
  • Coordinating with drivers on their daily pick up and delivery schedules.
  • Managing warehouse operations team including shipment sorting and line haul movements.
  • Ensuring meeting pick up and delivery deadlines.
  • Daily shipment reconciliation and bank cash deposits.
  • Managing accurate data records of all shipment movement on our main logistics software.
  • Reporting and other management adhoc activities.
