BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for one of the worlds?largest global food companies?in?Dammam,?Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire?experienced Food production Line Leaders (3 vacancies) to?supervise the production of the food products, ensure the sanitation of the production area?delivering the products with care?and quality from the manufacturing place to the clients.You will be responsible for -?- Oversee the day-to-day operations and?to ensure optimal product quality- Direct and supervise the activities of food production staff- Set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products- Manage the input of materials and output of finished or semi finished goods from the production line by coordinating the production flow, guiding and training the production staff and being the contact point for the Line Supervisor- Enforce health/safety procedures and guidelines for operation- Prepare and present periodic reports to update company management on food production operations- Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislationRequirements- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Leader preferably in Meat Processing / Food Manufacturing- Technical Diploma or Equivalent-?Strong verbal and oral communication skills-?Familiar with Food safety & Technology standards-?Good understanding and Application of high safety and environmental standards- Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia will be given preference?BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
