Candidate must have strong background as Legal Business Partner, preferably with an international exposure and major corporation entity;Act as an advisory and provide sound recommendations to Management as necessary on legal aspects including but not limited to companies and labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, intellectual property protection, etc.;?Manage interactions with external counsel for cases and to manage the intellectual property, trademark, tradename, copyright portfolio;?Work on broad commercial matters as required;?Assist in formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies & procedures;?Draft, review and advise on various types of contracts, agreements and documents and monitor legal obligations to ensure compliance;?Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities (Board Secretary, Policies & Procedures, Contracts & Agreements, Litigations and Awareness) as required;?Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Arabic;?The role will report to the General Counsel;?Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in the legal field?Education: Bachelors degree in law; Masters in similar field preferred attained from a recognized university;?Additional Requirements: Must be a Saudi national.??
