Sourcing market Rates, for Commercial/Housing Properties, time to time.
Search customers for Commercial Properties as well as Housing units, as per company procedure.
Should schedule the work in an efficient manner and adhere to ISO procedures of working.
Time to time follow-up with the tenants/customers for the rent payment and to maintain good working relationship with the tenants/customers.
To report to the Property Manager/General Manager-KRE-KSA.
