Job Description

Leasing Supervisor - Kanoo Property

  • Sourcing market Rates, for Commercial/Housing Properties, time to time.
  • Search customers for Commercial Properties as well as Housing units, as per company procedure.
  • Should schedule the work in an efficient manner and adhere to ISO procedures of working.
  • Time to time follow-up with the tenants/customers for the rent payment and to maintain good working relationship with the tenants/customers.
  • To report to the Property Manager/General Manager-KRE-KSA.
