Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the worlds leading food manufacturingcompaniesinDammam,Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for a passionate L & D Specialist to manage and control the entire range of L&D responsibilities for a large workforce, with a high level of independence to ensure effective training plans and develop, implement and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.<br /><br /><br />You will be responsible for<br /><br />- Developing and identifying training needs of individuals and thecompany through staff appraisals and consultation with managers<br />-Prepare and administrate all training needs as per the training plan<br />- Develop and deliver the training programs<br />- Plan, monitor and control the training budget<br />- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, using survey tools, in order to provide productive training program each years.<br />- Monitor monthly performance of employees and ensure the right measures are taken<br />- Responsible for all communication related training course to the delegates / managers in advance of training courses<br /><br />Requirements-Bachelors Degree in Business Administration of HR related courses / MBA / Public Relations OR any relevant qualifications<br />-2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, minimum 2 years in Talent Management function<br />- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen<br />-Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors<br />- Experience in project management and budgeting<br />- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices?<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits<br />
