Job PurposeProvide learning support, teach remedial lessons and provide performancerelated counselling and guidance for trainees and instructors.Academic and Professional Qualifications• Bachelor Degree in a related field i.e. TESOL, TEFL or Education• Recognized teaching certificate.• IELTS 7.0 or equivalent for Bilingual staffProfessional Experience (minimum)• Three years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher-education institution• Two years experience in a counselling / learning support role is desirable• Knowledge of organization program admission requirements and processes, as well as Training & Student Affairs policies and procedures• Knowledge of academic / technical programs, for which learning support is to be provided.
