The primary role is to drive business growth by providing customizedcoating solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.We want everyone at Hempel to feel safe, valued, and treated equally. Develop positive relationships with clients? Act as the point of contact and handle customers? individual needs? Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks? Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner? Report on the status of accounts and transactions? Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives? Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)? Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth? Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdues? Manages few large key accounts directly? Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales? Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments? Able to use CRM? Collaborates with Segment Sales head to develop sales plan? Strategies to improve market share in all product lines? Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of workThe role will be based in Dammam and will report into Sales Manager-Energy.
