Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft SharePoint Online implementation, migration, integration, training, and managed support program for an enterprise sports-sector client.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the integrated project plan, timeline, RAID log, milestones, acceptance tracking, and reporting.Coordinate weekly PMO meetings, steering committee updates, technical decision forums, and client approvals.Manage scope, change requests, dependency tracking, and delivery risks across SharePoint, Power Platform, migration, integration, security, and training streams.Ensure all project documentation is complete, client-ready, and aligned with the approved technical proposal.Drive delivery discipline, quality gates, UAT readiness, go-live planning, and transition to managed support.Required SkillsStrong experience managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud transformation, or enterprise application projects.Excellent stakeholder management, bilingual communication, executive reporting, and vendor coordination.Solid understanding of Agile-Waterfall hybrid delivery, PMI principles, risks, issues, and change control.Ability to work with technical teams while translating progress and risks into business language.Strong documentation discipline and confidence dealing with public-sector or semi-government stakeholders.Candidate RequirementsSaudi national with 7+ years relevant experience.Strong English communication and documentation skills; Arabic fluency is an advantage for stakeholder communication.Ability to work in a structured project environment with deadlines, deliverables, and client-facing expectations.Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client workshops, training, UAT, or go-live activities when required.Benefits / Employment Value PropositionOpportunity to work on an enterprise Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online transformation project.Exposure to public-sector-style governance, Saudi compliance requirements, and modern workplace delivery methods.Professional development through Microsoft-aligned practices, structured documentation, and high-impact delivery exposure.CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, MS-900, ITIL Foundation preferred
