JOB PURPOSE To handle IT Governance aspects of APICORP To handle IT vendor management To handle IT policies and procedures To handle release and change managementDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To manage all relationship with vendors including agreements, PR creation, SLAs, invoicing, and evaluation Manage licenses and certificates Maintain and develop policies and procedures. Insure proper implementation and awareness Participate and contribute to effective risk management Proper communication with relative departments on all issues pertaining to IT Release Management: In conjunction with application and infrastructure teams, track configuration items and maintain technical documentation control Change Requests: Ensuring that change requests are correctly administered, documented, maintained, and coordinated in a timely fashion Ensure that IT asset data base is kept up to date by him/herself and by Application and Infrastructure teams Maintain the IT Service Catalogue and IT Architecture Maintain records of incidents, tests and reports as needed by management and auditors SLAs: Help define and maintain SLAs. Provide key metrics on SLA adherence across IT Contribute and administrative support to the effective operation of the IT departmentBehavioural CompetencyBusiness Insight:?
